This guide helps frame how to set up a new prospect in the platform
1) Create Prospect Complete questionnaire (or send to prospect) with prospect.
From the questionnaire results, right-click to open in another tab to view Values in Fund or Company Screener (as a quick glimpse, as you can come back to this later)
2) From Prospects, select the prospect just created (if a new one was) or a previously created prospect with a complete questionnaire
Select the portfolio you are proposing, from the green "Select a Model Portfolio dropdown"
3) From the Report
Show/click through on any of the metrics.
*Note: most prospects or clients will take time on this page and the below steps are if the prospect/client has additional questions on a specific metric.
Select a fund to further expand the underlying companies (opens add'l tab)
Expand on any of the companies, to highlight that company's contribution to the particular metric you have drilled into; from this page you can also see the sourced links
4) Click through or scroll on other reports if wanted
5) To add a Comparison portfolio- choose one from drop down (prospect's portfolio) and discuss how the proposed portfolio aligns to the prospects values, compared to their current portfolio
6) You can expand on metrics to display if you want to show additional/different metrics
7) Select the Comparison Relative report to discuss Impact of the proposed portfolio compared to the prospect's portfolio
8) Select the Comparison Absolute report as another way to view the portfolios
9) If your subscription allows you access, Select the Metaphor Report Type and discuss the impact the portfolio has; for example: "Fewer Asthma Attacks" and "Fish Harmed from Plastics" and "Meetings Lead by Women"
