Create a Custom Questionnaire with Specific Values

Customize the questionnaire sent to prospects with specific categories and values that are important to them.

  1. From the home page, select the Setup tab located to the left of the site.
  2. Click on the “Customize Values Picker” option underneath the link for the Values Picker Questionnaire.Create a Custom Questionnaire with Specific Values (1)
  3. To edit the value sets, select “Edit sets”. By selecting or unselecting each value set, the Questionnaire will be customized based on the values selected.Create a Custom Questionnaire with Specific Values (2)
  4. To include a custom value set, search in the gray box located at the top of the list, under “Name”.
  5. After selecting the green “Apply” at the bottom, select the purple “Save” button. You will be redirected back to the home page.Create a Custom Questionnaire with Specific Values (3)
  6. Navigate back to the Setup section by following step 1. The user can now send the new Customized Questionnaire to any Prospect by using the “Copy Link” button.
  7. To send the Values Picker Questionnaire to a Client or Prospect already created in the YourStake system, go to the People page and select the Client/Prospect. Then click on the reports tab to access the Values Picker Questionnaire for that specific person.Create a Custom Questionnaire with Specific Values (4)
