How to Customize Meeting Information in Meeting Assistant

Follow the steps below to customize meeting summaries, key information, and follow-up emails using the Meeting Assistant tool.

How to Effectively Use Custom Prompts:

  1. Be specific about what you want the AI to do.
    For example:
“Please summarize meetings thematically, covering what we discussed regarding income, expenses, assets, liabilities, tax, and estate planning. If any of those topics weren't covered, note 'Not Discussed' in the summary for that section.”

  2. Provide an example of your ideal output.
    For example:
“Please write follow-up emails in this format:
    Hi [First Name],
It was great speaking with you today. Here are the action items from our conversation (1–3 per person):
    - You will [send me your brokerage statements]
    - I will [share my thoughts on your upcoming taxes]
    Looking forward to talking soon,
    Gabe”
