Questionnaire Link Personalization

Follow the steps below to edit the questionnaire link to reflect your firm or prospect name.

1. From the home page, select the Setup tab located to the left of the site.

2. At the bottom of the page, there will be a section to edit the link and personalize it for the user. Once complete, select the purple "Change link" button.Screenshot 2026-01-30 at 12.40.40
