A Fresh, Streamlined Look
The navigation menu on the left has been restructured to make it easier to find what you’re looking for. Key sections are now more logically grouped, and the visual layout is cleaner - helping you move faster and stay organized.
All of Your People in One Place
Prospects and Clients are now combined under the newly updated People tab. This unified view allows you to manage your entire book in one place—whether they’re just getting started or fully onboarded. You can now select any person to view their full profile, edit their information, and access key data without switching screens.
New Feature on the Prospect/Client Page: All-in-One Information Hub
We’ve made it easier than ever to access everything you need about a prospect or client in one centralized location. The newly enhanced Prospect/Client Page is designed to streamline your workflow and improve the way you manage client relationships.
Here’s what you’ll find on the updated page:
- Dossier (Available with the Document Assistant Tier)
A high-level snapshot of your client or prospect, including personal details, contact info, and a quick summary of their relationship with your firm. Perfect for getting up to speed at a glance.
- Portfolio
Dive into the client’s investment holdings, performance data, and allocation breakdowns. This tab gives you a clear view of their financial position and how their assets are being managed. - Reports & Preferences
Access past reports and view or adjust the client’s communication preferences. Whether it’s how they receive updates or their preferred contact methods, it’s all housed here. - Documents (Available with the Document Assistant Tier)
All uploaded or shared documents are now organized in one convenient place. Say goodbye to searching through emails or different systems—everything is just a click away. - Meeting Notes (Available with the Meeting Assistant Tier)
Track the history of your conversations and key takeaways from client meetings. This helps you stay informed and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. - Recommendations (Available with the Document Assistant Tier)
View and manage any strategic suggestions or action items you’ve shared with the client. Keep your advice visible and actionable.
- Groups
Easily identify which groups or segments a client belongs to—great for targeted outreach, reporting, or service planning.

The new Setup Page brings all your key configuration tools into one simple, organized space. You can easily manage questionnaires, connect and configure third-party integrations, update standardized value sets, and customize your firm’s logo and branding—all from a single, streamlined view.
Advisor Core Just Got Smarter
We’ve expanded Advisor Core to include two powerful features:
- Portfolio Intelligence: Unlock deeper insights into portfolio alignment, risk exposure, and ESG metrics.
- Meeting Assistant: Get personalized prep summaries and key client insights to run more meaningful meetings.
