Uploading and Updating Documents in the Dossier

To ensure your Prospect or Client's Dossier stays up to date, follow these simple steps to upload or update documents and review any changes made during processing.

 

Uploading Documents

  1. Navigate to the People Tab
    • From the main dashboard, click on the People tab.
    • Select the Prospect or Client for whom you want to upload or update documents.
  2. Upload Files
    • Within the documents tab, click the purple "Browse files" button.Uploading and Updating Documents in the Dossier (1)
    • Select the files from your device that you wish to upload.
    • Once uploaded, documents will appear with a yellow “Processing” status.Uploading and Updating Documents in the Dossier (2)
  3. Check Upload Status
    • Documents will automatically update to a green “Complete” status once processed.Uploading and Updating Documents in the Dossier (3)

Reviewing Updates in the Dossier

  1. Automatic Updates to the Dossier
    • Go to the Dossier tab for the selected individual.
    • The Dossier will begin updating automatically based on the uploaded documents.

  2. Review Changes
    You’ll be prompted to review any updates detected during the document processing phase. Each field will be color-coded to indicate the type of update:Uploading and Updating Documents in the Dossier (5)
    • Red: There is a conflict. This means that there are multiple values for this field given by different data sources. Choose the best one.
      • Click the drop-down to choose the correct value from the options.Uploading and Updating Documents in the Dossier (6)
    • Green: New information was added to the Dossier.
      • If you'd like to edit the information further, you can type into the

    • Exclude a Field
      • To exclude a value from being included in the Dossier, toggle the purple button to the right of the field.
  3. Source Colors Indicate Confidence
    • The source(s) of the information are shown next to each field:
      • Green: High ConfidenceUploading and Updating Documents in the Dossier (10)
      • Yellow: Medium ConfidenceUploading and Updating Documents in the Dossier (9)
      • Red: Low Confidence (Default toggled off)Uploading and Updating Documents in the Dossier (8)
  4. Save Changes
    • Once all updates have been reviewed and confirmed, click the green “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page to finalize.
